Director & Senior Physiotherapist

After graduating from James Cook University in Queensland in 2012, I worked at Warrnambool base hospital for two years prior to commencing at Monash Health in 2014. I rotated through acute-based services until I found my passion in community rehabilitation and community health.

I am passionate about Physiotherapy and the improvement it makes to my client’s quality of life. As a teenager, it was always my goal to become a physiotherapist to assist my parents with their physical health.

My vision for Holistic care physiotherapy is to ensure all our clients have a positive experience and most importantly gain a better quality of life through specialised treatment and plans that suit their needs.

Senior Physiotherapist

After graduating from the University of Otago in 2001, I worked at a rural hospital in the Wairarapa (New Zealand) prior to coming to Melbourne in 2004. I worked at Monash Health for 17 years in both Community Health and Community Rehabilitation until 2021.

In the middle of this I took a break from physiotherapy to try my hand as an apprentice chef at Coda Bar and Restaurant in Melbourne CBD. Whilst the long hours on my feet and unsociable hours meant I eventually returned to physiotherapy, I remain a passionate cook at home and enjoy exploring Melbourne’s culinary scene.

I am also an experienced Health Coach with extensive knowledge in chronic disease management, and always enjoy helping people maximise their health in order to lead happier and more fulfilling lives.

Occupational Therapist

I am a qualified Occupational Therapist with over 11 years of diverse experience, specialising in community-based care. I completed my Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Monash University in 2012 and began my professional journey with Monash Health in 2014. Since then, I have been dedicated to delivering patient-centred, holistic care within the community setting.

My expertise includes comprehensive assessments and recommendations for a wide range of equipment and home modifications, aimed at enhancing safety, independence, and quality of life for clients across varying needs and abilities.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud mum of two young children. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, watching the footy, and staying active.
